SNS Trend Optimizer ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Shopify application.
To provide our AI-based optimization services, we collect and process the following data from your Shopify store:
This data is sent to Google's Gemini API solely for the purpose of generating optimized content (e.g., SEO titles, descriptions). We do not store your product data on our servers longer than necessary to process your request. Google does not use data submitted via their API to train their models.
We store minimal data required for the app's functionality (e.g., your settings, generated content history). This data is stored securely in our database.
If you uninstall the app from your Shopify store, we remove your session and account access. When Shopify notifies us of a store data deletion request (e.g. shop redact under GDPR), we permanently delete all associated data (settings, backups, and any stored records) from our systems.
